Grace is a proud Marietta, Ohio native and an invaluable part of the Little Black Dress Events team. She’s worked side by side with Misti, gaining extensive knowledge of the wedding industry and developing a true talent for supporting couples with ease. Known for her calming presence, Grace ensures every wedding day runs seamlessly.

She leads all West Virginia + Ohio Coordination and Event Management Packages, bringing organization, care, and confidence to every celebration she serves.

Laura is a West Virginia native who moved to Charlotte, NC in 2011. Starting her career as an Elementary School teacher provided her with the organizational skills, structure and strong qualities it requires to be in the wedding and event industries.

Throughout the years, Laura has also worked in the hospitality industry in catering and event planning. Her pivot helped shape her into the experienced planner she is today.

Her thoughtful approach ensures couples feel supported, organized, and completely at ease from start to finish.

Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Sarah now calls Marietta, Ohio home. With a background in project management and hands-on experience planning events through her nonprofit work and education, Sarah brings both organization and creativity to every celebration. She loves helping couples enjoy a truly worry-free day while adding her own thoughtful, creative touch to each event she plans.
