Little Black Dress Events offers a variety of wedding planning services, such as:

                                              Full service styling, planning and coordination

 

This is the complete wedding experience ~

  • Initial consultation with bride and groom, complimentary
  • Unlimited phone, text and email consultation during business hours (10am to 4pm unless otherwise scheduled)
  • Preparation, implementation and management of wedding budget
  • Preparation and implementation of wedding day timeline and vendor production lists and itineraries
  • Assistance with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
  • Assistance with vendor selection and negotiation, including appointment scheduling and attendance at all meetings
  • Assistance with invitations, seating cards, menus and other stationery
  • Assistance with styling, decor and wedding etiquette
  • Ceremony planning
  • Final walk-through with client at selected sites the month before the wedding
  • Final consultation with vendors the month before the wedding
  • Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
  • Unlimited errands on the day of the event
  • Ceremony rehearsal (up to two hours)

                                                 Partial Wedding Planning and Coordination Package

 

  • Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary
  • Unlimited phone, text and email availability during business hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm unless otherwise scheduled)
  • Four planning meetings between clients and planner (one will be the final meeting)
  • Prepare your wedding day timeline
  • Answer etiquette questions
  • Two hour planning meeting one month before wedding which will include:
    • Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement
    • Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and vendors
    • Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding (meeting should include florist if possible)
    • Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
  • Unlimited errands on your wedding day

  • Rehearsal at the church (up to two hours)

  • Complete wedding day coordination

    For up to 10 hours (the day of) the Little Black Dress team will be coordinating both your ceremony and reception to make sure that you are stress free, everything is moving on time, and all bumps are taken care of without bothering you. We will pass out final payments or gratuity to your vendors on day of. Our bridal emergency kit will also be readily available for both you and your bridal party.

                                                  Event Management and Coordination Package

 

  • One implementation meeting a month prior to wedding date
  • One other meeting of your choice and one meeting for the final walk through
  • Wedding timeline for bride/groom and vendors
  • Final vendor confirmations one week prior to event
  • Rehearsal coordination, up to 2 hours. 
  • Musician instruction for prelude and processional.
  • Family and wedding party processional assistance.
  • Bridal Emergency Kit for you, your wedding party and any guests.
  • Communication with reception staff to ensure the best service.
  • Vendor payment delivery.

For up to 8 hours (the day of) the Little Black Dress team will be coordinating both your ceremony and reception to make sure that you are stress free, everything is moving on time, and all bumps are taken care of without bothering you.
